You may pay for expedite shipment at extra cost.  Regular shipping takes a maximum of 7 business days inclusive of product testing and order approval.

9. Is there an insurance for the shipment of the products? :: back to top ::

There is .3% charge for insurance for the shipment of products that weigh more than 5kgs.

All PBXEQ 4 port fxo cards have 2 years warranty.  The rest of the VOIP phones' warranty comes with the terms with their respective manufacturers.

11. How can I have my products replaced? :: back to top ::

Please contact our office at 187788PBXEQ for return orders for PBXEQ asterisk cards.   All other VOIP phones should be returned to the manufacturer.  Please contact PBXEQ for assistance. 

*Customer service note:  Pbxeq customer reps will give you the support phone number of the manufacturer.  

  1. Return Policy.   PBXEQ will replace all items (PBXEQ asterisk-compatible PCI cards) returned by the reseller within 30 days upon purchase.  Valid returns include but not limited to valid product defects.   PBXEQ charges .3% insurance fee for shipment more than 5000g.  Returns of non-defective hardware inside of 30 days are assessed a 15% restocking fee. PBXEQ will accept no returns of non-defective items (PBXEQ asterisk-compatible hardware) beyond 30 days.   All shipping charges will be waived for any "defective on arrival" items reported to the support department within 30 days of invoice.

12. Are your cards compatible with PCI2.2? PCI2.1? :: back to top ::

Yes, PBXEQ cards are compatible with PCI2.2 and PCI2.1

13. Why are your cards cheaper than that of Digium? :: back to top ::

It depends on your location. We would like our customers to be able to save in terms of shipping.   We can ship from 2 locations, China and US.
